THE JESTERS CLUB (ONTARIO) NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of the members of The Jesters Club (Ontario) (the "Club") will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. EST via Zoom video conference for the following purposes:

• to receive the financial statements of the Club for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021;
• to elect executive committee members;
• to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Please sign-in to the Ontario Jesters website to find documents relating to the Annual General Meeting in the News section. 

MEMBERS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON ARE REQUESTED TO COMPLETE, DATE AND SIGN THE ENCLOSED INSTRUMENT OF PROXY AND RETURN IT AS DIRECTED BELOW FOR THAT PURPOSE.

Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be deposited with Derek Riley, Chair, The Jesters Club (Ontario), by email to derek.riley@sympatico.ca before 4pm on Thursday February 17, 2022 or by regular mail to: The Ontario Jesters Club, 270 St. Leonards Ave, Toronto, ON, M4N 1L2, to arrive by not later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
